"It was almost a pleasure to be there"

About: Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (Wonford) / Cancer Services

(as a relative),

We went for my husbands 1st appointment at oncology to have his 'armour' fitted ready for chemo in a couple of weeks. We were dreading it but I can honestly say every single person we met had a smile on their face and were wonderful. A special mention to Paul who clearly explained everything he was doing in great detail we were kept well informed during the process. He was wonderful at explaining each step. All staff were so upbeat and it made it a pleasure to be there even under the circumstances.

The only iss ue we did have was we had to wait 10 minutes to get a disabled car parking space.

Thank you for your very kind and positive feedback regarding your husband's recent visit to oncology. I was really pleased to hear the wonderful feedback you gave regarding Paul and the whole team. I know this feedback will mean a huge amount to them all.

We accept car parking can be a challenge at times and please do not hesitate to get back in touch should it become an ongoing issue.

Please do not hesitate to get back in touch with any further feedback.
