"What a lovely atmosphere"

About: Vale of Leven General Hospital / Acute Medical Receiving Unit

(as a carer),

My mum is in her 90s and is just about to leave ward 3 at the Vale of Leven hospital. This has to be the best ward from top to bottom I've ever experienced.  Everyone involved genuinely cared which made such a difference.  Cleanliness is a massive 10, food was great and what a lovely atmosphere when you arrive. This special group should teach other wards what it's all about. Well done!
