About: Southern Health & Social Care Trust / Continuity of Midwifery Carer Service

(as a service user),

I was under the care of CoMC midwifery team in SHSCT during my pregnancy, I was assigned midwife Sarah.

The care I received from Sarah was fantastic, she was always there for advice and willing to help in any way she could, she was there from my first appointment and at the end delivered my baby girl.

The service is great because you get to know the midwife looking after you and and I felt supported the whole way through labour as Sarah knew and understood my wishes for labour.

I couldn't have done it without her support.
