"Unhelpful"

Wanted a form stamped & signed by a doctor. After waiting some time. My son called them serval times and was told they lost it, then was told it was in with the doctors. Then was told to fetch the form from doctor as he was not going to sign it. On the envelope notes had been written.

Eg..is this the sort of thing you would be willing to do? I suspect not.

Eg.. I cannot do this, it has already been signed.
