In spite of receiving a text message from the practice advising me to make an appointment, I have been unable to make an appointment despite several attempts, both online and over the phone.
The online service is not user friendly, it is made incredibly difficult for patients to make appointments, I can only imagine how difficult the elderly and vulnerable patients must find accessing the service.
Very concerning.
