I attended the urgent care centre recently and what a great service it is. I was unable to get an appointment with my GP and they referred me to the urgent care service at Daisy Hill Hospital. I phoned first and was given an appointment to attend at 12 noon, I was promptly seen and I have to say it was a great experience.
The guy Hayden did my observation and Dr Rogers was the GP who actually I might add was very patient and thorough. She quickly diagnosed what was wrong and she got my bloods done.
With much bad press about about our NHS this is a service that needs to get recognition as it was no sitting waiting about in A&E, the staff were all so pleasant and you could see they work great as a team. Thank you for making my experience good and also for your kindness.
