Dear sunsc46

Thank you for taking the time and trouble to share this lovely feedback about the care provided within the Emergency Department, University Hospital Crosshouse.

I am glad to hear that you received such professional and attentive care from our staff in the Minor Injuries Unit. Our staff really appreciate receiving feedback from their patients and it will be my pleasure to ensure your lovely comments are shared with the wider Team, and in particular with Jacqui and Carol. I know they will be delighted to receive this feedback and it will be really encouraging for them to know that you felt so well supported by them.

Please accept my best wishes for your ongoing recovery and thank you once again for taking the time to acknowledge your care experience

Kind Regards

Pamela
