Today I spent some time with the Audiologist at Lanark Medical centre. The young lady was so pleasant and had the patience of a saint. She carried out the necessary work on my hearing aids and took the time to explain fully how I could get the best from my aids. I can’t give this young lady enough praise as I have a severe hearing loss, she was so understanding and did everything possible in order for me to feel comfortable wearing the aids. Well done.
