"Compassionate care"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Accident & Emergency Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Acute Receiving Unit (Units 1-5)

(as a service user),

I was admitted for physical health treatment as a consequence of my mental health and the staff were amazing start to finish. No blaming or negativity just amazing support at this time. Big shout out to Rebecca, Kit, Jenifer and Hilary who all helped me feel human. The ANPs Melissa and Craig were also amazing going above and beyond so were all other hcsw, nursing staff and medics. I’m sorry for the names I have forgotten as you were all amazing thank you for my care.

Good afternoon,

Many thanks for taking the time to convey your thanks and appreciation of Acute Receiving staff, this is very much appreciated and I will ensure that it is passed on to them. I hope you are feeling better.

Warmest wishes,

Siobhan
