"Experience getting bloods taken"

About: General practices in Greater Glasgow & Clyde

(as the patient),

I have been getting my bloods taking over 4 months now and the past 2 visits I have had a lady called Liz who I found extremely helpful and very pleasant.

She made me feel at ease on both occasions and answered my questions I had. A very bubbly personality which again helped put me at ease while getting the blood drawn.

Thank you for your message and Yes that would be great!

I had my bloods taken at Castlemilk Health Centre, Glasgow.

it was very nice to come across someone that made me feel listened to. Liz is definitely in the right job!
