"I was treated with care, patience and respect"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Cardiology

(as the patient),

I recently visited the cardiology department at FVHB for an appointment with Dr Fersia and from the moment I arrived (to a very busy department) until departure I was treated with care, patience and respect.

It was a pleasure to meet Dr Fersia face to face as previously my appointments were by telephone. 

Dr Fersia listened attentively to my questions and explained my condition and care going forward with great empathy as to how I viewed both my care and longer term future.

In closing I would like to also mention Jen, one of the support nurses, and feel that in Dr Fersia and his team I an in safe hands.
