When i first turned up i was like a scared little child and apprehensive and nervous. But when i was greeted by staff they were friendly and welcoming. That made me feel better, In the time i have been here its been the best time of my life as the staff are so friendly and always there 24/7 . And from this i am going to remain sober for rest of my life. On a scale of 1-10 i would rate Dame Carol a definite 10 to help with recovery from whatever your addiction.
