When i walked in i was nervous as hell and staff greeted me at the door. The staff were happy smiley and friendly and always there to help and chat to you . The Group sessions were really helpful, food was lovely i got on really well with other clients and we all supported each other. My recovery has been amazing i can't fault dame carol, the service and all the staff were helpful.
