Receptionists consistently rude and unhelpful, making patients feel a burden. Over prescribed a medication that has now led to further health issues. Been treated for now resolved condition not what was making me ill which I only found out via hospital admission. Never see same Dr twice, which would be fine but communication is nonexistent between colleagues. No one ever seems to be interested in listening to issue, signs or symptoms.
Can never get an appointment despite calling when surgery first opens. E-consults always at capacity. Turned up for an appointment to be told I wasn’t on the system despite having confirmation text. Appreciate resources are under pressure but this surgery continuously let patients fall through cracks, which leads to more strain on system as people then rely on ambulsnce service and end up admitted to hospital. Would never recommend this surgery - no care, compassion, communication or willing
