"Excellent, slick system "

This is the second cataract at SpaMedica and the system, service and treatment is second to none. Following referral on Wednesday I was contacted on Thursday, had pre-op assessment on Friday and operation Tuesday. The organisation is excellent from being greeted on arrival for pre-op to going through all the tests then being booked in. The staff are experienced and there is no time wasted between the various procedures carried out. On the op day, again, no waiting. Straight in to have pre op drops put in then wait for them to work before being taken through for surgery. The operation is quick, the staff kind and reassuring and the postoperative nurse friendly and professional. The whole experience from start to finish is fantastic. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Thank you to all concerned.
