(as the patient),

I attended for a colonoscopy. The Vanguard Unit was very busy but the staff were marvellous: all seemed upbeat and cheery. What could have been a worrying and embarrassing experience was turned into an upbeat session with all staff having great sense of humour while still respecting patients. While not saying I enjoyed the experience, it was made much more pleasurable by the wonderful staff. Well done to all
