(as the patient),

A big thanks to all the staff of St John's emergency medical assessment unit for the excellent medical and nursing care I received last week.

The nurses were friendly and attentive whilst getting on with their duties in a very professional manner.They always introduced themselves when coming on duty or before any procedure. The doctor was excellent too and explained why decisions were made.

Full marks to the team. I'm now on the mend, thank you.
