"Treated me really well"

About: Nottingham North & East / Primary care therapy Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus / Accident and emergency

(as a service user),

I broke my arm in London when I fell and then fell at dentist and then fell down stairs.

On first fall I went to A&E in Nottingham where they treated me really well. I had physio afterwards.

When I fell at dentist, I was leaving after lots of treatment, and door was heavy.

When I fell on stairs I had a lump on head, a skinned hand and elbow.

I felt shaky afterwards but thought it was just old age.
