Ellen was our midwife when my wife was giving birth to our baby boy in May 2024 (in the Princess Royal, Glasgow) and I cannot speak highly enough about her.
She explained everything incredibly well and was so encouraging and comforting to my wife. She did a great job of putting us both at ease and knew exactly what to say and what to do every step of the way.
On top of this, there was a student (Robyn, who was also great), and Ellen was effortlessly switching between everything she needed to do for my wife and I, and teaching Robyn wherever appropriate.
My wife and I both left that room chuffed to bits with our new little boy, but also both in awe of Ellen. An incredible woman.
