"Staff were exceptional"

About: Lincoln County Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

Had an appointment at  Lincoln County Endoscopy Department  this  afternoon. 

  Never a thing to  look forward to  but the staff were exceptional. From the receptionist to  the medical  staff, all were unfailingly helpful and reassuring.

  Procedure started on time and all  of the details , of which I asked about many, were fully explained . I can  only say there was nothing I was not 100% happy about.

  10/10 .  Many Thanks

I am very proud of the work all of our Endoscopy Teams do, on a daily basis, so to hear this echoed by our patients is very encouraging.
