"A great atmosphere and highly recommended"

When I first arrived I was very nervous and did not know what to expect. Nurse (Esther) was very friendly and welcomed me in with a big smile.

I was taken into front office and took details and reassured me. Was shown to my room which was lovely clean and airy.

When alcohol levels dropped I was allowed to come down and be shown around the house. All the other residents here are friendly and made me feel really welcome. The groups are really good and taught me how to deal with my alcoholism and meditation and other group work with the journals. Also played games when not doing group work which was fun.

Nikki/ lee/warren/Heather/Natalie/Alan/Debbie all available if I needed to talk to anybody and supportive and encouraging. Just had fun with everybody and a great atmosphere and highly recommended at Dame Carol .
