The quick telephonic response was kind, compassionate and efficient. Getting an appointment was quick and straightforward. The sign in was easy. The wait was short and comfortable. The doctor was kind, sympathetic, with good eye contact and careful decisions. I felt ‘heard’, ‘seen’ and ‘understood’.
