(as the patient),

Unexpected visit after bad fall, first time I have been admitted to hospital in over 30 years, absolutely terrified. 

Everybody was so friendly and helped me feel at ease. Wee blip, one staff member I mistook for a friend who is most certainly not in the medical profession, hope I did not offend him.

Thank you to everyone, all staff, and particularly in ward 33, also the 3 wonderful ladies I shared a room with for brightening my stay.
