(as a service user),

At my repeat appointment for Prep, I met the same doctor who made me feel very comfortable the first time I went, so it was good to see a familiar face.

The same nurse who did my bloods last time was there again. She remembered me and we spoke and we had a lovely conversation that made me feel comfortable.

A very friendly place that doesn’t make you feel judged and know what they are doing.
