There seemed to be a large number of toilets out of order within and around the accident and emergency department. Which given the large number of people there was unacceptable.
1. Male toilets by reception desk
2. Toilet outside a and e near entrance door
3. One toilet in miami ( which rather alarmingly the staff member I asked wasn't aware it was out of order ( leaving only one patient toilet available in whole of a and e
"Out of order toilets."
