About: Royal Manchester Children's Hospital

I was let home with my daughter for a night of ward 76 at royal Manchester children's hospital to then be carelessly let back on the ward whilst there was a viral infection going around there should have been a nurse on the door that warned us to not come back onto the ward. Careless nhs as always.

It is important to us that comments are seen and heard as it provides an opportunity for the service to make changes and improvements wherever possible.

In response to your comment that you were brought onto Ward 76 whilst there was a viral infection on the ward, we would like to assure you, that Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital takes any infection control concerns raised with us very seriously. Therefore, we have raised your concerns directly with Ward 76, so that they can look into them so that others don’t experience the same issues as you did.
