"Eleven out of ten!"

About: North Devon District Hospital / Cancer Services

(as the patient),

I cannot fault a thing, from my first call to the oncology nurses I was listened to and treated with respect. I felt like royalty whilst being cared for and investigated. All the staff were brilliant, the oncology nurses and young Dr were excellent and kept me informed, talked to me and listened to me. The communication was first class. Eleven out of ten! Thank you so much.

Dear rhinott78,

Thank you so very much for sharing with us the way you felt following on from your call with the oncology nurses.

The art and skill set of listening is very much needed in these roles and its always good for the team to appreciate that it made you feel like royalty.

I have sent this message out to the team so that they can see this feedback and wish you all the very best in the future,

If there is ever anything else we can support with then please do ring.

Best wishes,

Lisa
