"Great and helpful staff"

I presume that when things go wrong when dealing with companies, customers are all too eager to complain. Rarely do they bring it to the attention of managers when things go right.

Well on this occasion I felt a compulsion to point out how pleased I have been in dealing with one of your staff at Crompton View surgery.

Helen assisted my daughter and my grandaughter recently in organising some jabs for the prevention of Rabies.

Helen was extremely helpful; therefore, I would like to bring to your attention that Helen is an extremely polite and professional person and went that extra mile to help me.

I am not very good at putting into words my pleasure in dealing with people, but I just wish all the company's staff I dealt with were a little like Helen.
