"Came out with a skip in my step"

About: New Stobhill Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I had a sebaceous cyst removed from the back of my head bye it was quite big it's taken 20 years to grow so that's how big it got. I went to the doctor back in October and they referred me through to Mr Forshaw at stobhill hospital day surgery unit. The referral happened quickly, I went on Monday they phoned me back the day after on Tuesday with a cancellation appointment for the Thursday.

I went in in the late morning and I didn't get seen until the afternoon however that was fine I have sat happily watching the screens. The appointment took around half an hour, the place was absolutely beautiful and I came out with a hop and a skip it was just great.

All the staff treated me so beautifully and the nurse Ian who held my hand thank you so much I was really impressed with the whole appointment it wasn't Mr Forshaw who did my appointment it was another man who was just as lovely thank you so much.

Dear Woodenpigeonjd49

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am pleased that your appointment went so well and that you were really impressed with your experience and the staff, especially Ian who held your hand. The staff will be delighted to hear that you left with a hop and a skip.

I hope you are recovering well!

Best wishes

Nicole
