"Excellent care undergoing hernia repair surgery"

The location is the day surgery unit at Queen Margaret Hospital, Dunfermline Scotland.

I was admitted for day surgery, first thing in the morning, was out again by 7.30pm feeling that the many staff involved, without exception earned my full trust and more.

I was so impressed with the teamwork, communication - with each other - with me, attention to detail, listening to past medical history issues and following this up with examination of previous case notes.

The staff showed no signs of undue stress or burnout that you hear so much about in the media. They were calm, methodical, self-assured and efficient.

I can't think of a single thing it would be reasonable to ask for improvement in.
