They did their best to help with mobility issues by providing various pieces of equipment.
The only criticism is the letter sent after an osteoporosis check was done. It was sent to a patient with dementia and extremely limited mobility, yet it advised 150 minutes per week of exercises such as walking, swimming or dancing! All of these were obviously not possible.
This piece of advice could be distressing for a dementia sufferer. The letter was not tailored for the client at all. I feel it should have been possible to either:
a) Not send the letter at all or,
b) Delete the paragraph relating to exercise.
"They did their best, but the letter was concerning"
