"Worst admin staff member " T o n I ""

There is a member of staff in charge of the reception at this practice that is so unbelievably rude & uncaring it makes you feel like someone is on a wind up.

My experience was so bad,

That instead of spending money on having the operation done privately, like I was told when I politely asked the lady how long does the process roughly take,

I'm spending the money on a solicitor & taking up the case with the British medical Council.
