The only thing I can say is When you are able to get an appointment they good... But if you not sitting on the site 8am to submit an appointment request forget about it. Even 8:20 am is too late to even try make an appointment.
Ridiculous... This is why A&E is becoming so full and why the 111 system is overworked...
Something needs to be done to resolve this.
