(as a parent/guardian),

Every single member of staff I seen recently was amazing, so friendly, I can't fault a thing.

My daughter was having a dental op, her 1st op, and we both were nervous and overwhelmed especially when walking into the theatre.

Laura the student nurse, Margaret the domestic assistant and Margaret the theatre nurse especially stood out for me, there was another theatre nurse who gave me a cuddle when I started to cry after my daughter fell asleep - didn't get her name but massive thank you to her.

The anaesthetists had seen my daughters friend's t-shirt and kept her talking about friends while Margaret stroked her head while she was falling asleep. The whole team were such caring people and I can't praise them all enough

I am aware how difficult and worrying this must have been for you both and I am glad to hear that your daughter received such excellent care and compassion from our staff.
