"Excellent service"

I arrived 45 minutes before my scheduled appointment as my wife had been taken to LGI in the early hours of the morning and I could not use the automatic check in. I explained to the receptionist and she politely checked me in. I also requested that I could be seen earlier to have my bloods taken as my wife had just been discharged from LGI and was waiting for me to collect her. The receptionist passed on my message to the nurse and I was taken through almost immediately. The nurse was very understanding and processed taking my blood and I was out of the surgery within approximately 12 minutes. I appreciated the excellent service and left immediately to collect my wife.
