"Went out of her way to look after us"

(as a relative),

My husband was recently in the department. I had my 5-year-old son with us. I’m 20 weeks pregnant and uncomfortable and ill myself.

One nurse in particular, at 3am, went out her way to make sure we were okay while my husband was having tests. Even made me a cup of tea.

In such a time when I know they are over worked, this lady went out of her way to look after us even though we weren't the patient. Please know we appreciate it.
