My son had a fall at school, he was seen first in A&E, he saw triage nurse Hannah the deputy sister, who was so kind and cleaned out his war wounds , giving him some pain relief, and helping relieve the anxiety of being in hospital, so professional and great at her job.
After assessment we were moved to the Minor Injuries unit, it was a very efficient service and the nurse practitioner Brian was so helpful, he kept my son at ease and promptly organised an X-ray.
This was such a swift service, Brian had the X-ray read and results given to us in no time at all, he was so knowledgeable and explained everything to us.
The staff were just amazing, they couldn’t have helped enough and we left in under 3 hours. Thanks again for all your kindness, you do amazing work.
