"Terrific care"

I recently had an outpatient appointment at PRI for Vaginal Ultrasound and during the course of the visit the clinician Sonya opted to also conduct a biopsy scan due to irregularities on the Ultrasound.

Despite what is a fairly invasive procedure, Sonya and Debby went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and to not only keep me informed through out the procedure but also sought my consent and agreement through each stage.

However, it was the ability of both to put me at ease which took what could be an unpleasant experience and turn it into a positive event.   The conversation felt more than just a distraction but rather an exchange among the three of us.  They imparted clear information and I left the appointment feeling that it could (almost) be described as a good time.
