About: Scottish Ambulance Service / Emergency Ambulance

(as a relative),

I had cause to call upon the Scottish Ambulance Service when my husband unfortunately fell from the roof of our garden shed.

The ambulance arrived within 20 mins of my call. We are extremely grateful to Chris and Reeve for their excellent attention. They were thorough, professional and kind. My husband and I were both shocked following the accident - Chris and Reeve were calm, and explained everything clearly.

We appreciated their care, even within A&E (ensuring my husband was comfortable, and wishing us well before leaving). Thank you both.

Thanks very much for sending in such positive comments about the care your husband received after a recent fall.

It sounds like Reeve and Chris were excellent and it's really good to hear that they were so professional, calm and caring in the help they provided. They'll be delighted to hear it and that your husband is recovering well.
