I needed an urgent appointment for stomach pains. Filled in the online request form and was contacted within half an hour by the practice, offered a face to face appointment that day. I was seen by a gp who was very thorough and reassuring. I have since needed a further appointment and was advised to ring at 8.30am. I did and again was given an appointment face to face for the same day.
I know the pressure that gp practices are facing at the moment but can honestly say I was very impressed with my experience today and over the last few weeks. Thank you
