"Incredible Practitioners "

I have attended the eye hospital 3 times this month due to emergency eye surgery. Each time I am struck by how lucky I am to have such an outstanding facility so close to home. All the staff that I encountered; receptionists, nurses, students, doctors and consultants were friendly, caring and professional. The eye emergency department was incredibly busy both times I had to attend, yet all the staff members were calm, caring and welcoming. I am really grateful to everyone that I came into contact with on my visits for reassuring me and caring for me during a scary and worrying experience. Many thanks to all!
