There are always dozy patients during the day, but mine was a short wait of 10 minutes. My friendly, mature nurse made me feel at ease from the start: therefore me on auto-mode, shirt off, shoes off, unbuckling...when I suddenly thought "what are you doing?"Of course I apologised instantly. The whole procedere felt like a familial matter. Great job!
