Following the recent merger , as an infrequent and anxious user of GP services , I had some concerns .
However….
Quality reception staff , patient , kind and professional .
Practice nurse amazing as always .
GP approachable and knowledgeable.
I was made to feel so welcome and at ease .
Thank you - you are facing tremendous challenges … but it doesn’t show !
