I've been a patient twice at Bishop Auckland Hospital. I had a colonoscopy on ward 20.
From the minute I went in I was put at ease it continued through out the procedure on ward 18.
I have just come out after having right ankle fusion. I could not of been better looked after by anybody.
On both occasions I have felt at ease and informed in lay mans terms so I could understand what was going on throughout.
