My son who is 12 years old had a constant cough which was not getting better so I rang the doctor surgery at 8.15 pm and my call was answered within 22 minutes which is quite long.
He was advised to come into the surgery at 9.30 where he was seen by a physician and given medication for his condition.
Apart from waiting time on phone he was seen within good time.
