About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Ambulatory Care

(as the patient),

I attended the unit for a minor surgical procedure.  The appointment was on time. Both members of staff were very friendly and reassuring.  The procedure was fully explained, and carried out successfully.

I would like to thank both of the members of staff, they are a credit to the NHS.
