"Excellent throughout my stay"

About: Cannock Chase Hospital / General surgery Manor Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

I was admitted to Hollybank ward Cannock hospital for left cubical Tunnel Release under general anaesthetic . From the moment I entered the ward it was 5 star plus treatment from all of the staff caring informing relaxing although I was very nervous they reassured me a lot nothing was too much trouble. Theatre staff especially reassuring and the nurses on ward too. If I could put more than five stars I would absolutely excellent through out wonderful hospital to be in

My initial contact was at Walsall manor and pre op there They were kind and caring but some of the paperwork was clearly intended for those who were having the procedure at the Manor hospital - they need to correct that as it is very confusing regarding admission to a ward I was not going to be admitted to and hardly anything about the ward I was being admitted to, If it hadn’t have been for my confirmation letter I wouldn’t have known where I was going.
