Just back from my appointment with Dean  at Hythe Hospital. What a lovely man - listened to my problem with empathy, arranged for me to have an X-ray whilst there and now being referred for surgery. He explained my options and advised me of approximate waiting times. Finally feel listened to and so happy to be getting somewhere at last ☺️
