About: Yardley Wood Health Centre

I have never had a problem with this practice, and all the staff have always been accommodating, however my last experience was not great as I was booked in for a blood test which I was not aware it was a blood test as I had no doctor phone me in regards to this. Apart from this isolated incident I have have never had any problems and find receptionist very helpful to the nurses who are lovely to the doctors who are also very helpful.

Thank you for your 5 star rating and kind review of our practice staff - we really value feedback like this. Thank you for sharing your experience of a recent blood test; I'm wondering if this was a long term condition annual review - our patients with a long term condition are usually offered a blood test and a review with a nurse specialist at least once a year to manage their condition(s) and this doesn't usually involve a GP appointment.
