"I couldn't fault the staff."

(as the patient),

I had an appointment in the respiratory department today and I couldn't fault the staff.

The only thing I will say is because they were very busy, my appointment was 30 minutes late to see the doctor

As a Trust we continually look at clinic pathways as we understand the importance of timeliness and strive to minimise delays. However, this is sometimes very challenging during busy periods.
